Hudle is looking for a Sr. Accounts Executive  with a dynamic & entrepreneurial attitude, a willingness to learn, grow and take accountability for their work, they will be responsible for monitoring all financial data & preparing accurate statements. Your role will encompass budgeting, managing tax payments, performing internal audits, and providing consultancy to senior managers for cost and revenue analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet reports.
  • Core Accounting: Maintain comprehensive books of accounts and manage the employee imprest/petty cash accounts.
  • Taxation & Compliance: File GST returns, execute GST reconciliations between books and the portal, and handle TDS deductions, TDS receivables, and e-commerce TCS compliance.
  • Ledger & Bank Management: Perform routine reconciliations for debtors, creditors, and bank accounts; oversee daily bank account maintenance.
  • Invoicing & Auditing: Manage the creation of e-invoicing and examine financial records to ensure absolute data accuracy.
  • Year-End Support: Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory financial statements.
  • Zoho Books Optimization: Leverage expertise in Zoho Books to maximize its utility for accounting, reporting, and compliance; customize and configure modules to streamline workflows (e.g., vendor reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting).
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual financial tasks and drive system/process enhancements.

Technical Proficiency:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Accountancy/finance knowledge with 6- 8 years of experience
  • In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
  • Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
  • Proven hands-on expertise with Zoho Books is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and payment gateway recons (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical functions).
  • Tax Knowledge: In-depth, current, and practical knowledge of Indian TDS (specifically Section 194-O) and TCS (under GST) provisions for e-commerce operators is essential.
