Hudle up! We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our Delhi team, both at work, and at play!

Note from Management: We at Hudle want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand at Hudle and currently onboarding more than 1200 centers across the country per year. To build this vision, we are looking to hire an experienced Product Operations Specialist.
About the Role:The Product Operations Specialist will serve as the internal product expert at Hudle, supporting field teams, business teams, and the product organisation. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and technology — ensuring that internal teams are equipped to use Hudle's systems effectively, that configurations are managed accurately, and that operational processes run smoothly and improve over time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Training field and internal teams on Hudle product features, and maintaining documentation for training and onboarding
- Managing configurations and features within the Hudle CMS, and creating new configurations as required
- Evaluating API integration requests from partners by mapping keys available in Hudle's Partner APIs against data provided by partners
- Reviewing weekly system-generated financial reports in line with a defined SOP
- Liaising with the development team to raise issues requiring their support, while managing stakeholder communication around resolution timelines and expectations
- Identifying process improvement opportunities, automating workflows, and strengthening technical operations SOPs
- Collaborating with the product team to contribute to the roadmap for the Hudle CMS and financial reporting systems
Expected Skillset
- Solid understanding of how technical systems work, including the ability to read API contracts, interpret database structures, and trace data flows across internal and third-party systems
- Strong documentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce well-structured materials for training and onboarding purposes
- A process-oriented mindset with an eye for identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Ability to translate operational needs into clear technical requirements for the engineering team
- Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable handling concurrent requests, prioritising by urgency and impact, and tracking SLAs across open items
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a technical operations, business analyst, or similar role
- Prior experience with managing technical CMS/CRM
- Working knowledge of software systems and how multiple systems integrate with one another
