The Role

We’re looking for a writer-first, hands-on content and social media manager to help define and scale Hudle’s brand voice across the app, social media, brand campaigns, and on-groundexperiences.
We want someone who can think strategically, write sharply, move fast, and execute consistently.
You’ll work closely with design, growth, product, and community teams while managing 1–2 executives.

What You’ll Own

Content & Brand Voice
● Define and maintain Hudle’s brand voice across all touchpoints
● Write copy for:
○ Social media
○ App and website
○ Performance marketing ads
○ Push notifications
○ On-ground venue branding

Social Media
● Own content strategy, content calendars, publishing, and community management
● Build culture-first, trend-aware, and highly shareable content
● Track performance and improve content based on insights
Creator & Influencer Marketing
● Build and manage a strong UGC and micro-influencer pipeline
● Handle creator outreach, briefs, approvals, and reporting
● Drive creator-led storytelling across organic and paid content

What We’re Looking For
● 5–7 years of experience in content, social media, or consumer brand marketing
● Exceptional writing and communication skills
● Strong understanding of internet culture and social trends
● High ownership and a strong bias for execution
● Experience in consumer internet, D2C, lifestyle, sports, or youth-focused brands
preferred
● Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and creative workflows
