Hudle up! We're looking for a Sports Community Manager to join our team, both at work, and at play! 

About the Role 

We’re looking for a Sports Community Manager to join our fast-growing sports venue team – a space where  sports, fun, and lifestyle blend into one buzzing vibe. You’ll be the heartbeat of our community – the one who brings people together, builds bonds, and makes sure everyone’s having a top-notch experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Event Segment: 
• Should be well-versed with Corporate Events, College Events, Birthday Parties (optional), and School Sports Day. 
• Understanding of basic events SOP - on-boarding, client requirements, pricing and accounting. 
• Must be able to close events end-to-end 
• Must be multi-tasking since 10-15 enquiries per venue occur, with advance booking enquiries. 
• Vendor management is important for the role. 
• Negotiating skills are a plus. 
• Should have an understanding of revenue generation through events. 
• Should be able to form a rate card to make the pricing process smooth for CoPlay staff and clients. 

2. Community Segment: 
• Must be able to grasp the concept and importance of community in Hudle. 
• Must take initiatives to build and maintain the framework of community engagement. 
• Must be active in creating games, gathering players, circulating community related content and messages. 
• Should be able to emphasize customers to be engaged on the Hudle App for community engagement. 
• Photography skills are a plus. 
• Should be able to encourage the involvement of venue staff towards building and running communities. 

3. Tech 
Should be well versed with using smartphones (Android/IOS). 

4. Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Sports Management/Business Administration/Technology 
preferred) 

5.CTC: 
3-3.6 LPA
