CoPlay (powered by Hudle) is a community first brand that operates 40+ premium sports facilities across the country. We want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand and aim to build and operate 250+ sports clubs across the country over the next few years.
About the Role?
We’ve outgrown our manual processes. We are transitioning from "Day to-Day Firefighting" to "Systems-Driven Outcomes." We need a Program Manager who can design the infrastructure that allows us to scale without breaking.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Architect the CoPlay Operating System. Design, document, and deploy SOPs that make 250 sport clubs run as seamlessly as one.
- Build and own dashboards that provide real-time visibility into execution and performance.
- Optimize our tech stack. If a task is manual and repetitive, your job is to automate it.
- Own, ideate and execute high impact initiatives across functions to drive efficiency, high quality results and long term stability.
- Act with the founder’s mindset. Proactively identify bottlenecks and solve them before they escalate.
You are likely to be someone -:
- Experience - 2 to 5 years (3.5 years is our "sweet spot").
- Has worked in a Phygital startup (Physical ops + Digital scale).
- Has built and scaled operating systems in fast-moving environments.
- Who measures success by organisational clarity, not personal credit.
- Eats Google Suite for breakfast, are comfortable with tools like Zoho, Notion, ClickUp. Is curious about how AI can simplify your life.
- Is preferably an MBA, but we care more about the potential you bring to the table.
The Role is not for -:
- If you build strategies but don't like getting your hands dirty with implementation, this isn't for you.
- We want the "Ghost in the Machine." Success is when the system works so well that you are invisible.
- If you’re comfortable with "how things have always been done," you won't survive the scale.
Salary - Rs. 12 to 18 LPA
