We’re looking for a creative, social-first Social Media Intern who lives and breathes content. This role is for someone who can ideate, create, shoot, edit, and publish content across platforms while staying plugged into trends, community conversations, and brand voice.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative team to bring our brand to life across Instagram and LinkedIn through engaging, high-quality content.
About CoPlay: CoPlay ( powered by Hudle ) is a community first brand that operates 40+ premium sports facilities across the country. We want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand and aim to build and operate 100+ sports facilities/clubs across the country over the next few years. 

Role & Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Ideate and execute short-form video content (Reels & Stories).
  • Shoot photos and videos using a phone or camera for social media.
  • Edit content using tools like CapCut, VN, Edits by Instagram, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Create basic graphics(statics), carousels using Canva.
  • Repurpose long-form or event content into social-first formats.

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing the monthly content calendar.
  • Publish and schedule content across platforms.
  • Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone and audience.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions.
  • Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves).

Trend & Community Monitoring

  • Stay updated with social media trends, sounds, formats, and challenges.
  • Identify content opportunities relevant to culture, sports, wellness, and lifestyle.
  • Share trend insights and content ideas with the team regularly.

On-ground & Event Content

  • Capture real-time content at events, launches, matches, or community sessions.
  • Create behind-the-scenes and candid moments that feel organic and authentic.
  • Assist with live posting and story updates during events.

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling
  • Comfortable shooting and editing videos on an I-Phone
  • Basic understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn content formats
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Good communication and time-management skills
  • Willingness to experiment, learn, and take feedback

Good to Have: 

  • Knowledge of analytics tools or platform insights
  • Interest in sports, fitness, lifestyle, or community-led brand
  • Photography or videography background
