Hudle up! We're looking for a results-driven Manager - Brand Partnership and Alliances to lead our revenue-generating partnerships, focusing on strategic sales and alliance management to accelerate Hudle’s business growth across India.
 

 
About the Role:
This manager-level role goes beyond execution—owning strategy, process, and outcomes for commercial partnership sales. As a people and project leader, you will set partnership acquisition strategy, manage a team (or cross-functional initiatives), and ensure high-value alliances deliver sustained revenue and brand impact. Strong marketing insight supports campaign success, but sales leadership is the core of this role.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the end-to-end partnership and alliances strategy aligned with Hudle’s business goals.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team (or work cross-functionally), fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and partnership excellence.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Ownership: Oversee large-scale partnership sales pipeline, forecast and deliver against ambitious quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and manage C-level and senior executive relationships with brand partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Complex Deal Negotiation: Lead high-value negotiations and contract closures, ensuring optimal value and risk mitigation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership, marketing, product, and operations to integrate partnerships into core business and co-create innovative activations.
  • Market Foresight: Continuously analyze market trends, identify new commercial opportunities, and proactively evolve Hudle’s partnership models.
  • Reporting & Business Impact: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on KPIs, campaign outcomes, and recommend course corrections for improvement.
 
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in partnership sales, business development, or alliance management, with at least 2 years in a managerial/team lead capacity (sports, tech, or lifestyle sector preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of building, negotiating, and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
  • Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional business units.
  • Advancement in sales strategy, pipeline management, and delivering against commercial targets.
  • Strong business and marketing acumen; ability to translate marketing insights into scalable partnership opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with C-level executives.
  • Highly self-driven, analytical, and solutions-oriented with a strong start-up/corporate hybrid mindset.
